That’s me on the right. This picture is from 2012, but I don’t want to change it because I really feel like it still encapsulates our relationship.

(But here is a picture of us that is more recent from 2019, so you can see how (well?) we’ve aged.)

The stud next to me is Peter, who has been an expert at handling all of my (always justified) emotions since September 2008. In April 2012, we vowed before God, our families and friends that we would forever be each other’s one and only. I’m so lucky to have married one of the most hilarious people I know.

We have three kids – Daniel, Elijah and Ellen – whom we love more than anything, but if I’m being honest Bravo network comes in a close second.

My hobbies include watching trashy tv, trying to figure out how to fill in my eyebrows, talking with my hands, being sarcastic, exaggerating, storytelling and over-sharing the details of my life.

When I took the Myers-Briggs personality assessment, it revealed I am a strong extrovert who likes being the center of attention. Then I took the Gallup Strengths Finder, and one of my top five strengths was “WOO” – winning others over. The line that confirmed everything in my life was, “In your world there are no strangers, only friends you haven’t met yet — lots of them.”
